How to create an email template on Mailchimp?

  • Create an email campaign by clicking on the “Email” tab on the left panel of the home page.
  • Then, select “Template” and click “Get Started.”
  • Enter the name of your campaign, select a template for your email, choose your email builder, and select a theme for your email design.
  • You can also import your contacts in a CSV file by clicking on “Import Contacts.”
  • Match columns by labels and click “Finalize Import.”
  • Review and complete your import by clicking on “Complete Import.”
  • After importing your contacts, add a subject to the email template.
  • Then you’re ready to go with sending a test email to your contacts.
  • You can check your email report at any time by clicking on “Check your email.”
